Overview

We're excited to officially begin our strategic partnership with EternaTurf.

Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): We'll fuel your growth by building efficient systems, optimizing your sales and marketing, and preparing EternaTurf to scale sustainably. We've done it before, and we see a tremendous potential for EternaTurf as a disruptor in a competitive market space.

Here's what we need to do first:

  • We will schedule an initial alignment call to confirm immediate goals and deliverables so we're all on the same page. We will get a lot done in this initial call to save us time down the road. We'll also stack hands on the initial out-of-the-date sales strategy with you so we get some wins on the board right away.
  • Going forward, communication between the three of us is key. We will setup a dedicated Slack channel for the three of us to get tactical without the need for scheduling time-consuming meetings.
  • We need you to scroll down and complete the Partner Intake Form. Fill it out as best you can, and we'll use and reuse that information to initiate a number of different marketing steps and enhancements in customer-facing materials and our tracking of key metrics so we know what's working, and what needs to be adjusted.
  • We've already started crafting a 120-Day Roadmap, which keeps us all accountable to the steps we agree to. This won't be written in stone, we'll adjust as we progress based on what we see and learn from the market.
  • From the documents we've requested, we're going to conduct a comprehensive audit of your existing sales processes, marketing effectiveness, operational structure, and franchise readiness. That's where we'll find some efficiences and make process improvements to re-allocate your capital for maximum impact.

We also need to get moving, so we're going to immediately do four things:

  • Identify some quick-win opportunities for immediate improvements in efficiency and profitability
  • Present a detailed Core Business Functions Report for you and yur team (we'll talk more about this in our initial kick-off call)
  • Begin tactical execution, including refining sales funnels, aligning marketing strategies, optimizing automation workflows, and setting up initial franchise model preparations
  • Regularly track and report performance through dashboards and strategic reviews with you

Our commitment is clear communication, proactive project management, and ongoing transparency, alignment, and accountability.
